Anywhere Real Estate to redeem $340 million 4 7/8% notes due 2023

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 19 – Anywhere Real Estate Group LLC (formerly known as Realogy Group, LLC) reported it issued redemption notices to holders of its 4 7/8% notes due 2023 on Oct. 18, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

During the third quarter of 2022 and prior to issuing the redemption notices, the company repurchased $7 million of the series on the open market.

The remaining $340 million outstanding notes will be redeemed at par plus the applicable make-whole premium plus accrued and unpaid interest on Nov. 17.

Anywhere Real Estate is a Madison, N.J.-based residential real estate services company.
