Gibraltar’s 888 Holdings plans €200 million two-part notes add-on

Portland, Ore., Dec. 5 – 888 Holdings plc announced in a Monday press release that it intends to place €200 million of senior secured notes by means of tapping two of its existing issues.

The deal is set to include an add-on to the 888 Acquisitions Ltd. 7.558% senior secured notes due 2027 as well as an add-on to the 888 Acquisitions senior secured floating-rate notes due 2028.

The Gibraltar-based gaming company plans to use the proceeds to pay off its term loan A.
