Japan’s SOSiLA opens subscription period for ¥3 billion 0.6% green bonds due 2028

Chicago, June 9 – SOSiLA Logistics REIT, Inc. opened the subscription period for ¥3 billion of 0.6% green bonds due May 31, 2028 (Japan Credit Rating Agency: AA-) on Friday, according to an announcement.

The bonds will be sold for par of ¥100 million, with no discount.

SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi UFG Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd are underwriting the offering.

MUFG Bank, Ltd. will be the fiscal agent.

This is the company’s second green bond issue.

Proceeds will be used to strengthen the funding platform and ESG initiatives.

Settlement will be June 15.

The issuer is an investment corporation focused on advanced logistics facilities based in Japan.
