Chicago, Dec. 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.09 million of buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due Nov. 30, 2028 linked to S&P U.S. Equity Momentum 40% VT 4% Decrement index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting Nov. 29, 2024 at a price to give a return of 15.5% per year and on any subsequent monthly determination date.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 77.5%. Investors will receive par if the index finishes below its initial level but declines by 30% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
