New York, Nov. 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.97 million of contingent income buffered autocallable securities due Nov. 29, 2028 linked to the S&P U.S. Equity Momentum 40% VT 4% Decrement index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 9.5%, paid monthly, if the underlying index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the index closes at or above 90% of its initial level on any monthly call determination date starting Nov. 29, 2024.
At maturity, the payout will be par unless the index declines by more than 15%, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the index beyond 15%.
