Auraria Student Lofts reports $195,240 profit for November

Chicago, Dec. 22 – 5280 Auraria, LLC, which does business as Auraria Student Lofts, reported a $195,240 net profit for November on $289,152 of income or sales, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The cash balance at the end of the month was $660,521 versus $423,033 at the beginning of the month.

The San Clemente, Calif.-based company provides student housing in Denver. The company filed bankruptcy on June 9 under Chapter 11 case number 22-12059.
