National Realty Investment official unsecured creditors committee set

Olympia, Wash., June 30 – National Realty Investment Advisors, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Wednesday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The members are Peter Camporese, Caroline Gladding-Spiteri, Helen Green, Kendell Gentry, Paul Stram, Atul Patel for Jyot Funding. LLC, and Noel Maimu.

The Secaucus, N.J.-based real estate investment, management and development firm filed bankruptcy on June 7 under Chapter 11 case number 22-14539.
