National Realty Investment Advisors files Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Olympia, Wash., June 8 – National Realty Investment Advisors, LLC and some of its affiliates filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday evening in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Judge John K. Sherwood has been assigned to the case.

In its petition, the company listed $50 million to $100 million in assets and $500 million to $1 billion in liabilities.

Its largest unsecured creditor is Cipolla & Co., LLC, based in Franklin Lakes, N.J., with a $1.31 million vendor claim. No other unsecured creditors were listed with claims of $1 million or more.

No other information was available as of Wednesday morning.

The debtors are represented by Sills Cummis & Gross PC.

The Secaucus, N.J.-based real estate investment, management and development firm filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 case number 22-14539.
