India’s Capital First considers private issue of perpetual debentures

Chicago, June 20 – Capital First Ltd. said it may issue perpetual redeemable debentures by way of private placement.

The issue will be considered at a board meeting set for Friday, according to a company notice.

The notes may be secured or unsecured and will be rated and listed on the debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

Capital First is a Mumbai-based consumer and wholesale business financial services provider.
