India’s Capital First sells Rs. 600 million of unsecured perpetuals

Chicago, March 1 – Capital First Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that issued Rs. 600 million of unsecured non-convertible perpetual debentures.

The issue, which will be rated and listed, were issued in a private placement, according to the notice.

The company issued 600 of debentures at par of Rs. 1 million each.

Capital First is a Mumbai, India-based consumer and wholesale business financial services provider.
