Moody's rates Sitios notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to Sites del Peru SAC’s PEN-denominated backed senior unsecured notes due 2033. The issuer is a subsidiary of Sitios Latinoamerica SAB de CV.

Sitios and its main operating units, Torres do Brasil SA and Torres Latinoamerica, SA de CV, will guarantee the notes.

The proceeds will be used to repay payables in connection with the acquisition of towers in Peru and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
