Omni Recycling gets $21.3 million facility through White Oak

Lexington, Ky., May 9 – Omni Recycling got a $21.3 million senior credit facility through White Oak Global Advisors LLC, according to a press release on Monday.

The purpose of the facility was to support Salt Creek Capital’s acquisition of the company.

Based in Pitman, N.J., Omni Recycling is a single-stream recycling and waste disposal company. Salt Creek is a San Francisco Bay Area-based private equity firm.
