S&P rates Var Energi notes BB+
S&P said it assigned its BB+ issue rating to the 60-year junior subordinated hybrid securities to be issued by Var Energi ASA.
The rating is based on Var Energi’s BBB issuer rating. S&P said it then deducts a notch for subordination and another optional interest deferability.
The outlook is stable.
