TotalEnergies to redeem €1.5 billion undated notes on April 4

Lexington, Ky., March 20 – TotalEnergies SE issued an irrevocable notice of redemption for its €1.5 billion undated non-call five-year deeply subordinated fixed-rate resettable notes (ISIN: XS1974787480), according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on April 4 at par plus accrued interest and any arrears of interest including additional interest amounts for a total redemption price of €101,750 per €100,000 of notes.

The notes were issued April 4, 2019 under the company’s €35 billion euro medium-term note program and were not callable for five years.

Upon redemption, the notes will be canceled.

Based in Paris, the issuer is an oil, gas and solar power company.
