New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.34 million barrier notes on Pacer US Cash Cows 100 ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., April 19 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.34 million of 0% barrier notes due April 19, 2027 linked to the Pacer US Cash Cows 100 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return.
If the ETF declines up to the 70% knock-in level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the ETF’s decline from its initial level.
