Epic Staffing plans new financing for purchase by Pritzker

New York, April 18 – Epic Staffing Group has received a commitment for financing to help fund its acquisition by the Pritzker Organization LLC, according to a news release.

Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities provided the financing commitment.

Closing is expected in the second or third quarter.

Epic is an El Segundo, Calif.-based provider of outsourced employment to the biopharmaceutical and health care industries.
