Fitch gives Oaktree notes final BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned final BBB- ratings to Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund, its secured debt and its $350 million of 8.4% unsecured notes due 2028.

The agency assigned expected ratings on Nov. 7.

The outlook is stable.
