Oaktree Strategic preps offering of dollar-denominated senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 – Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund is holding fixed income investor calls and a deal roadshow on Monday for dollar-denominated senior notes in a Rule 144A offering, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., ING Financial Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The fund is managed by Oaktree Capital Management, a specialty finance company based in Los Angeles.
