Migration Productions I LA makes Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing

Olympia, Wash., March 18 – Migration Productions I LA, LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

The debtor’s managing member is STX Financing, LLC, whose sole member is STX Filmworks, Inc.

The company listed assets of $10 million to $50 million and liabilities of $100 million to $500 million.

Its largest unsecured creditor is 30West VOA, LLC, based in New York, with an $8 million commercial contract claim.

The Burbank, Calif.-based film production company filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 case number 22-10288.
