Vertex amends credit agreement to allow for more convertible debt

Chicago, April 24 – Vertex, Inc. amended its credit agreement on April 19 with PNC Bank, NA as the administrative agent to allow for more convertible debt, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The credit agreement previously allowed up to $200 million of approved convertible debt but now allows for up to $300 million.

Vertex was in the market with a $250 million offering of convertible notes that was upsized during pricing to $300 million.

Vertex, based in King of Prussia, Pa., is a tax technology software and services company.
