New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.38 million autocallable contingent interest notes on MerQube index

New York, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.38 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Dec. 31, 2026 linked to the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 12.5%, paid quarterly, if the index closes at or above its 55% trigger level on the related valuation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date starting June 27, 2024.

At maturity, the payout will be par unless the index finishes below its 55% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
