VTS gets $150 million financing from CIBC Innovation Banking

Lexington, Ky., March 3 – VTS received $150 million in syndicated debt financing from CIBC Innovation Banking as lead arranger, according to a press release Thursday.

The company will use the funding to accelerate investments in its strategic product road map, M&A and global market expansion.

New York-based VTS is a commercial real estate leasing, marketing, asset management and tenant experience platform.
