Sanctuary Medicinals gets $10 million draw on $25 million facility

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 27 – Sanctuary Medicinals LLC received an initial $10 million advance of a new $25 million senior secured credit facility with lender Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc., according to a press release Thursday.

The new credit facility will support the company’s retail and cultivation expansion in Florida.

Headquartered in Apopka, Fla., Sanctuary Medicinals operates a cannabis cultivation and process facility with five operational dispensaries.
