S&P rates Experian Europe DAC A-

S&P said it rated Experian Europe DAC at A-.

“We equalize the ratings on Experian Europe DAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Experian, with those on Experian Finance plc. The ratings reflect our assessment of its status as core to the wider group,” S&P said in a press release.

Experian is adding Experian Europe DAC as a borrower to its euro medium-term note program.

The outlook is stable, reflecting the outlook on the Experian group, the agency said.
