Concord, N.H., Jan. 19 – Amp Energy’s NY3 unit obtained a $50.5 million credit facility from the power and energy business of CIT, a division of First Citizens Bank, according to a news release.

The proceeds will be used for construction of community solar installations in New York State.

CIT arranged the financing on behalf of a subsidiary of Amp Energy, which is a developer of clean energy infrastructure based in Toronto.
