Olam Group to redeem all S$350 million of outstanding 5½% perpetuals

Knoxville, Tenn., June 7 – Olam Group Ltd. plans to redeem all S$350 million of its outstanding 5½% subordinated perpetual securities issued on July 11, 2017 and Aug. 4, 2017.

The notes will be redeemed on July 11, the first call date, at par plus unpaid distributions.

Olam Group is a subsidiary holding company of Olam International Ltd., a Singapore-based supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients.
