S&P rates Petros notes AA

S&P said it assigned its AA debt rating to Petros Connecticut Fund II LLC's senior secured notes due 2030. The notes will be issued under the Connecticut Invest CT Fund Program.

“We base our rating on a financial guarantee insurance policy issued by Assured Guaranty Corp.,” S&P said in a press release.
