Chicago, June 9 – Finnvera Oyj used the Thursday market to price $1 billion of 4% notes with a five-year tenor, according to an informed source.
The notes priced at SOFR mid-swaps plus 47 basis points, or alternatively 25.98 bps over the benchmark Treasury.
Price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 48 bps area.
BofA, Citigroup, JPMorgan and TD are the bookrunners.
The state-owned financing company is based in Kuopio, Finland.
