Los Angeles, Oct. 21 – Finnvera Oyj priced $1 billion of 1.125% five-year notes on Wednesday to yield SOFR mid-swaps plus 23 basis points, or Treasuries plus 9.03 bps, according to a market source.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were talked at the SOFR mid-swaps plus 24 bps area, as previously reported.
BofA, Barclays, HSBC, JPMorgan and TD are the bookrunners.
The state-owned financing company is based in Kuopio, Finland.
