Phison Electronics lowers conversion price on domestic bonds

Chicago, Nov. 28 – Phison Electronics Corp. has reduced the conversion price for its first domestic convertible corporate bond issuance, according to a regulatory notice.

The company has adjusted the conversion price to NT$520.60 per share from NT$537.30 per share, starting on Dec. 19.

Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, the company designs and manufactures solid-state drives.
