Chicago, Jan. 12 – RGA Global Funding priced $700 million of 5.5% funding agreement-backed notes due in 2031, according to a market source.
The notes priced at Treasuries plus 160 basis points. Initial talk was in the 180 bps area.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
Reinsurance Group of America, Inc., the reinsurance company, has headquarters in Chesterfield, Mo.
