Volkswagen's VCL Multi-Compartment sets clean-up call for asset-backs
Chicago, Nov. 12 – VCL Multi-Compartment SA will redeem all the notes from two series as a clean-up call, according to a notice.
The company is redeeming the remaining €941 million class A Compartment VCL 28 notes due January 2026 (ISIN: XS1956112038) and the remainder of the €19 million class B Compartment VCL 28 notes due January 2025 (ISIN: XS1956112970).
The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest to the redemption date, Nov. 22.
The issuer is part of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, Branschweig.
