New Issue: National Bank Holdings sells $40 million 3% 10-year fixed-to-floaters

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 – National Bank Holdings Corp. settled a $40 million private placement of 3% 10-year fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes on Nov. 5, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. was the agent.
Interest accrues at 3% per year until Nov. 15, 2026. From then onwards, the notes will bear interest at a floating rate equal to SOFR plus 203 basis points.
The bank holding company is based in Greenwood Village, Colo.
