Ukraine to launch consent solicitations soon for road agency, power company

Chicago, July 20 – Ukraine expects to launch consent solicitations in the near future for the debt securities of the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) and PJSC National Power Co. (Ukrenergo), according to an announcement.

The guaranteed note consent solicitations will be on substantially the same terms as consent solicitations started by the government for its global notes.

Namely, maturities and interest payments will be delayed by 24 months.
