Russia’s Lukoil noteholders may use direct payment on maturity date

Chicago, Feb. 15 – PJSC Lukoil announced that noteholders have a direct payment option for the notes that mature on April 24, 2023 (ISIN: XS0919504562), according to a notice.

Holders of the $1.5 billion 4.563% notes may apply for direct payment instead of using the international clearing systems.

Payments the group made in October to November 2022 have not been properly executed, as of the date of the notice, by the international clearing systems, the company said.

The application procedure information is available on the company’s website.

The oil and gas company is based in Moscow.
