Concord, N.H., Oct. 22 – Paganini BidCo SpA priced €765 million seven-year floating-rate notes at 99.75 to yield Euribor plus 425 basis points (B), according to a regulatory notice on Friday.
The notes are non-callable for one year.
BofA Securities Europe SA was manager of the Regulation S deal.
Paganini, an Italian higher education services company, will reverse merge with Multiversity srl, the owner of an Italian online university.
