FR Refuel sets Thursday lender call for $120 million incremental loan

Portland, Ore., Sept. 25 – FR Refuel, LLC plans to launch a $120 million non-fungible incremental first-lien covenant lite term loan (B3/B-) on a lender call scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, according to a market source.

The deal comes with 101 soft call protection for six months.

Citizens Bank is the lead arranger and administrator.

The Mount Pleasant, S.C.-based convenience store operator plans to use the proceeds to term out its revolver and finance an acquisition.
