China’s VNET prepares offering of senior notes

Chicago, Oct. 29 – VNET Group Inc. is preparing to offer dollar-denominated senior notes (B2/B), a news release announced.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The company plans to use proceeds for funding future capital needs and general corporate purposes.

VNET is a Beijing-based internet data center services provider in China.
