French telecom Iliad launches €500 million seven-year notes at 5¾%

Portland, Ore., Feb. 8 – Iliad SA launched a €500 million offering of seven-year senior notes at 5¾% on Wednesday, according to market sources.

The deal, which was announced earlier in the day at benchmark size, launched tight to initial guidance in the 5 7/8% area, a source said.

J.P. Morgan SE is the stabilization coordinator.

The Paris-based telecom plans to use the proceeds to refinance the mid-term facility that it entered into in July 2022 and for general corporate purposes.
