New Issue: AGCO agrees to place €600 million of notes due in 2028

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 4 – AGCO International Holdings BV is planning a private placement of €600 million senior notes due 2028, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

AGCO Corp. will guarantee the notes.

BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan AG and Cooperatieve Rabobank UA are acting as representatives for the initial purchasers.

AGCO designs, manufactures and distributes agricultural machinery and is based in Duluth, Ga.
