Fitch withdraws HNB note rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the expected BBB+(lka) national long-term rating assigned to HNB Finance plc's planned Sri Lankan rupee-denominated subordinated unsecured debentures on Sept. 21.

Fitch said it withdrew the rating because the expected rating is no longer expected to convert to a final rating.
