Fitch assigns BB to Oryx Midstream loan

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a long-term issuer default rating of BB- to Oryx Midstream Services Permian Basin LLC and a BB/RR3 rating to the senior secured term loan B.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the scale of the asset base, Fitch said. These strengths are somewhat weakened by moderately high leverage.
