Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 15 – Verde Bidco SpA issued €30 million of additional 4.625% sustainability-linked notes due 2026 at 100.25, according to a press release.
The company previously sold €450 million of the notes on Oct. 1.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Verde Bidco is a waste management company in Milano, Italy.
