Calvert High Yield Bond Fund updates portfolio manager disclosures

Chicago, Sept. 14 - Calvert High Yield Bond Fund updated portfolio fund manager disclosures in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The information about fund ownership for Gregory Habeeb was deleted and replaced with that for Michael Abramo, who owned $10,001 to $50,000 of fund shares as of Sept. 14.

Calvert Investments, Inc. is based in Bethesda, Md.
