Fitch assigns BBB to MVM bonds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned MVM Zrt.'s dollar-denominated bonds a senior unsecured rating of BBB.

“The bonds' rating is at the same level as MVM's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating (IDR), as the bonds will constitute senior, unsubordinated, unconditional and unsecured obligations of MVM,” the agency said in a press release.

MVM intends to use the net proceeds from the bonds for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is negative.
