Fitch assigns MVM bonds BBB

Fitch Ratings said it rated MVM Zrt.’s planned dollar-denominated bonds a BBB rating.

“The bonds' rating is at the same level as MVM's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating (IDR), as the bonds will constitute senior, unsubordinated, unconditional and unsecured obligations of MVM,” the agency said in a statement.

MVM intends to use the proceeds to finance and/or refinance eligible green projects, in whole or in part, under its green financing framework.

The outlook is negative.
