New Issue: Barclays prices $2.62 million 23.5% buffered fixed-rate notes on three tech stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.62 million of 23.5% buffered fixed-coupon notes due Nov. 26, 2024 linked to the least performing of Apple Inc., Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Upstart Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the least-performing asset finishes at or above 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will share in losses at a rate of 1% per 1% drop beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
