New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million barrier dual directional notes linked to fuboTV

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% barrier dual directional notes due Sept. 23, 2024 linked to the stock performance of fuboTV Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock’s final level is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 51.3%.

If the stock’s final level is less than or equal to its initial level but greater than or equal to its barrier level, 50% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the stock’s return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines from its initial level.
