New York, May 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $725,000 of jump securities with autocallable feature due Oct. 30, 2025 linked to Upstart Holdings, Inc. and fuboTV Inc. common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting Oct. 27, 2022 at a price to give a return of 43% per year if the price of each underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any semiannual determination date.
At maturity the payout will be par plus 172% if the worst performing stock finishes above its initial level.
Otherwise investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
