iMedia Brands’ official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 11 – iMedia Brands, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The members are U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA, based in Saint Paul, Exorigos, Ltd., based in Tel Aviv, Calrus Commerce LLC, doing business as ebbo and based in Rocky Hill, Conn., Isomers Laboratories, Inc., based in North York, Ont., and Ocean Communications, Inc., based in West Palm Beach, Fla.
iMedia Brands is an interactive media company based in Eden Prairie, Minn. The company filed bankruptcy on June 28 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10852.
